Pokémon Sapphire: Nintendo e-Reader and EON Ticket: Part 2 of 3

Wednesday, December 9th, 2009

Yo people! This is part 2 as you can see. The previous video showed how to use the Nintendo e-Reader and the e-Card: EON Ticket for Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. With the EON Ticket you can visit the secret island: Southern Island. That’s where Latios and Latias live.

Depending which version of the games you have, Ruby or Sapphire, you will find one of them there. In Pokemon Ruby you will find a wild Latios, level 40 roaming in the Hoenn region and on the Southern Island awaits you a level 50 Latias holding the Soul Dew. While in Pokemon Sapphire, the other one Latias is roaming in the Hoenn region at level 40 and the missing one, Latios, at Southern Island, level 50 holding the Soul Dew.

If you received the EON Ticket from the e-Card EON Ticket, you can mix records with a friend that has Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and/or Emerald to give them the ticket as well.

Pokemon Emerald cannot obtain the EON Ticket with the e-Reader so, you would need to mix records with a friend with Ruby or Sapphire and that friend must have obtained the EON Ticket with the e-Card EON Ticket as well.

You can re-distribute the EON Ticket only with Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire and of course the EON Ticket e-Card, as much as you want. The ticket cannot be re-distributed with Pokemon Emerald.

Feel free to comment and rate this video and don’t forget to add this video in your favorites.

Pokémon Sapphire: Nintendo e-Reader and EON Ticket: Part 1 of 3

Saturday, November 28th, 2009

Hey there people!

I’ve received tons of messages on how to get certain tickets to reach a secret Island in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, LeafGreen, FireRed and Emerald. One of the most asked questions is how to receive or obtain the EON Ticket.

———————-

Fake information, watch out!:
============================
There are a lot of fake information on the Internet on how to receive or catch certain Pokemon or Ticket or some other items. Some of them tell you to press a key combination, which is actually one that will erase your saved game. Don’t do that guys and girls.

Some other websites tell you to beat the Elite Four like 100 times, which is also fake because nothing will happen. Some other websites tell you to visit the Space Center in Ru/Sa/Em and talk to a guy in there and that he will let you go in space to get Jirachi or Deoxys, which is also fake because JIRACHI cannot appear in wild like CELEBI. There is no Wild Deoxys, Wild Celebi and Wild Jirachi in Ruby and Sapphire. There are no Wild Celebi and Wild Jirachi in any of the Pokemon games.

Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald:
=================================
Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire:
There is this secret island in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire called The Southern Island. On this island you can encounter one of the missing EON Pokémon: Latios or Latias. In Pokémon Ruby the EON Pokémon Latios roams around in the Hoenn region, but not Latias. In Pokémon Sapphire there is Latias roaming in the Hoenn region. So, this means, the only way to get the other missing one in your version of the game is by visiting the Southern Island. The thing is that this island cannot be visitted during normal game play. You would need a special key item to visit it: EON Ticket. In Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, the EON Ticket can only be obtained by 1) linking your game with Nintendo e-Reader with EON Ticket card swiped. Or 2) by mixing records with a friend that obtained the EON Ticket by the first method. When the player obtained the EON Ticket the player can then visit the Southern Island by going to Lilycove City’s harbour and talk to the lady there. She will notice you got an odd pass there that she had never seen before. Latios/Latias on the Southern Island will be Level 50 and will be holding the Soul Dew.

Pokémon Emerald:
Like in Ruby and Sapphire, the EON Ticket does exist in Pokemon Emerald. Only way to get the EON Ticket in Pokemon Emerald is by mixing records with someone that obtained the EON Ticket in Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire. Of course they too must have obtained the EON Ticket from the e-Reader Card themselves. When you mixed records with a friend that obtained it from the EON Ticker e-Reader Card, you too will get it. This mixing record thing will work only for Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. Pokemon Emerald cannot obtain the EON Ticket with the e-Reader.

EON Ticket:
===========
Shortly, there are 2 ways for Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire to obtain the EON Ticker:
1) Receive from the e-Reader Card: EON Ticket.
2) Mixing records with a friend that received the card from the e-Reader Card: EON Ticket.

Only the EON Ticket can be obtained from the e-Reader Card: EON Ticket. This EON Ticket was distributed in the E3 Magazine as a special promotion for Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. Depending on which version of the game you have, you could visit the Southern Island to encounter the other EON Pokemon either Latios in Sapphire and Latias in Ruby. They are of higher level than the one roaming in the Hoenn region.

Jirachi and Celebi:
====================
Jirachi and Celebi are bonus Pokemon and you can only obtain them from a Bonus Disc like the Japanese Colosseum Bonus Disc for Celebi, and the US version for Jirachi. If you have the European/Australian version of Pokemon Channel, you can also obtain Jirachi from that game. In USA for the 10th Anniversary of Pokemon, they distributed Celebi and some could also be shiny depending from which machines you connected your Gameboy Advance and some say also the time.

How to use the Eon Ticket with the e-Reader and get to Southern Island

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

This is me showing how to use the Eon Ticket with the Nintendo e-Reader and my Pokemon Ruby game.

I wanted to upload this just in case I get my shiny Latias anytime soon and to show I have an actual Eon Ticket that I used to get it and that I didn’t cheat to get there or to get it.

I got my Eon Ticket from Nintendo Power.
I’m one of the few people who have the goods to actually do this, so I’m going to SR for a shiny Latias. You can without the Eon Ticket, but you have to save before getting the TV confirmation, then you gotta find it, then SR. Which can be a major pain.

But with the Eon Ticket, it becomes a breeze.

So hopefully I can get it shiny soon! And that’s how I got to Southern Island, by Eon Ticket!!!

In Ruby, the Eon Ticket will get you Latias.

In Sapphire, it will grant you access to Latios.

In Emerald, it’ll give you a chance to catch whichever one you didn’t pick at the TV.

(my apologies if the quality really, really sucks on this..)

A friend of mine had some trouble sending the Eon Ticket data to his game from the eReader. I tried to help him, and we finally figured it out. The problem was the GBA Cable. It was an off-brand cable, one not licensed by Nintendo.

Here is his latest message to me:

The GBA cable is the problem.

I just want to tell everyone that you have to have a GBA LINK CABLE that is NINTENDO MADE!

Otherwise what even if you have an Eon ticket E-card you still can’t transfer the data.

Just thought that was important enough to point out.

Thanks for all your help.

A friend,

-Monkjr07

Also,

My Eon ticket is not for sale, and I’m not sending it to anyone.

I never thought in my wildest dreams someone would ASK me for it, and yet several people have.

Now I have a question for you: Are you out of your mind?
My Eon Ticket isn’t going ANYWHERE.

Go to eBay or Amazon.com and buy one there.
